| 0:00.0 | Hey all, Emily here coming in with another installment of 5 Minutes of Friday on |
| 0:29.2 | Hurtle. Like many of you, I have been doing my fair amount of reflecting thinking about the past year. |
| 0:41.6 | And so much has happened this year. I have grown so much this year and I think about specifically where I am |
| 0:50.7 | emotionally and personally at this point this episode coming out on December 9th versus where I was |
| 0:59.1 | on January 1st. And although I'm not someone who really likes to dwell in the past, our past does |
| 1:09.9 | inform our present and then in turn helps us proceed into the future, right? And so I realize |
| 1:19.6 | reflecting on the past year that I really am a different person at this point. I spoke about this |
| 1:27.8 | a couple of weeks ago, but I had a really bumpy start to 2022. And when I think about one of the |

| 2:16.4 | more resilient and strong you will become. Over the last 12 months, my patience has seriously |
| 2:24.6 | been tested in ways that I did not expect. I was on a walk this morning with my friend and I |
| 2:34.9 | kind of giggled over this idea that every single turn of the new year, one of the things that I |
| 2:42.7 | say to myself is that this is the year that I am going to focus on my relationships and specifically |
| 2:49.0 | perhaps just maybe this is the year that I'm going to find love. And here I am, I think this is, |
| 2:54.7 | you know, year four of saying that. And it's still just me in this little studio doing what I do. |
| 3:03.7 | But that's not saying that I don't have a lot of love in my life. And a lot of relationships that |
| 3:11.6 | I'm really grateful for. I feel like maybe one of the biggest tests of my patience has been |
| 3:20.3 | trusting the process that eventually whatever is meant for me, whoever is meant for me is going to |
