What's going on, everyone? I'm Emily Abadi here. You're listening to Five Minute

0:22.2

Friday from hurdle. I write about what's happening in the weekly hurdle newsletter this

0:29.2

week. It came out this morning every single Friday. If you don't get it just yet, the link to

has been hella difficult for me period. Every day for the last three days, my alarm has gone

1:41.7

and the meditation and whatnot, I am craving this week a slower way to start the day. And

1:48.2

so as a result, I have been hitting the gym in the middle of the day. Today, I did a

1:54.8

strength workout using my future app to learn more about the future app links in the show

notes. You can get a month absolutely free. Think of it as a personal trainer in your

2:03.3

pocket. And seriously, this week, it makes me so grateful that I know exactly what I

2:09.0

want to do when I want to show up. I digress. I've been working out the middle of the week.

2:13.9

After up today, yesterday, I did a pellet on workout the day before I used the future
