| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, Emily here, you are listening to another installment of five minute Friday |
| 0:27.3 | from Hurtle. Oh man, it feels so dang good to be back in New York. Listen, I am so grateful |
| 0:35.9 | for the traveling. I had an unbelievable time gallimanting around Italy and France and |
| 0:42.0 | Chicago, but man, there is just no place like home. And it's interesting, right? Because |
| 0:47.0 | this is the first home that I've walked back into and trust me, like I have traveled |
| 0:52.2 | so much over the last few years for work. I am used to being away for little stints of time, |
| 0:57.5 | but this is the first home that I walked back into and it just really, really felt like home. |
| 1:04.5 | And it's the best damn feeling. Anyway, five minute Friday this week, I got to talk to you about |
| 1:10.3 | Chicago. Wow, first off, how special was it to have the opportunity to be on the sidelines of a |

| 1:42.6 | community and this moment over the weekend, it was truly special. I think I've said this on the |
| 1:50.6 | the show before, but think about life, right? Like when is there any other opportunity for so many |
| 1:55.8 | different people of different backgrounds and political beliefs and, you know, opinions to stand |
| 2:03.3 | together and come together for one common purpose. And the fact that this common purpose is |
| 2:09.4 | individuals on a quest to go after their big potential is so special. And what an intimate and |
| 2:16.2 | beautiful moment and opportunity there is between the runner and the bystander of the cheerer |
| 2:22.9 | to like share that energy. It's just awesome. It was interesting when I was out there on the |
| 2:29.4 | sidelines and I was cheering. I went to mile 24 and a half and I actually wrote about this earlier |
| 2:35.3 | this week on social media, but if you want to see like the entire span of every human emotion possible, |
| 2:40.5 | go to mile 24 and a half otherwise known as the 40k marker of a marathon. Like there are happy people, |
