Friday of season 14 of hurdle. What's up. I think today's a good opportunity for me to do just

a little bit of a pulse check. How are you doing really moment? And candidly, I'm doing pretty

well. I'm feeling really fulfilled at the moment by my relationships. I went on a run earlier today

with an old friend who just got an exciting new job and we were catching up and she said,

give me the highlights and the highlights are I feel really lucky in my friendships right now.

I feel really fulfilled and really excited about the quality of people that I have in my life

and for that I am really, really grateful. I have a fair amount of travel on deck between San Francisco

and Budapest and Shamanie for UTMB and Berlin and Chicago and there is a lot of fun stuff on deck.

hosting a Shake Out Run and a panel starting at 5 p.m. at the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion.

things feel like a lot. I actually feel very on top of it right now. I feel in control. I feel like

I'm ahead of the game. I feel as though even with all this travel, my ducks are in a row and I'm

moving forward accordingly. But that doesn't mean that I'm not anticipating how I may feel in the

weeks month, couple of months to come. There's just a lot going to be going down. And so I know

that the best thing I can do for myself is stay on top of the routines that keep me sane to move

forward regardless of where I am in the world. I am constantly asking myself, what do you need? How

can you take care of you in this moment? And it's not a selfish question. It's a responsible question.
