Summary
For years now, I've had this mental block about wearing my hair naturally. You see, when I was overweight back in high school and college, I wore it that way all the time. For years, I associated this hairstyle with that Emily. This week on 5-MINUTE FRIDAY, I'm talking about a newfound appreciation for the woman I am today — curls and all.

| 1:14.5 | bring up on the podcast. But for a few days this week, I wore my natural hair and I was getting a ton |
| 1:21.0 | of feedback on it. And it made me want to bring this conversation to the show. So here's the deal. When I was in high school, |
| 1:30.6 | I used to wear my natural curly hair all the time. And I'm not talking about like the curling |
| 1:35.3 | iron waves that you might see like, I don't even know who to give an example of. I always feel |
