Then you need to check out the Zion Yoga Festival.

Now I've taught it this festival before and I would be here teaching this year if it wasn't so close to Poppy's due date.

But let me tell you, if you're in the area or you just need a few days to focus on yourself, this is one of the best festivals.

When you're there, it really does feel like this community and you're just like welcomed and loved just for who you are and however you're showing up.

And something that I think that makes a Zion Yoga Festival unique is that there's something for every age.

So they're completely family friendly.

So their kids' pavilion offers mindful child care with yoga classes, meditations, mindfulness activities, crafts, so many other things,

as well as 70 different class offerings throughout the festival.

And you can get full festival two day and one day pass options.

And when I taught at this festival, it was just such a fun, like warm welcoming community.

And now that I have kids, like it is nearly impossible to find a festival where you can bring your kids.

They can be a part of it and like just join you for all of the fun.
