What's going on, guys? Welcome into today's show, as always, your host, Maddie A. We're going to be talking about the five levels of leadership.

This is something that is often overlooked and really is lacking, my opinion in so many relationships, businesses,

marriages in the world in general. We are in a leadership crisis. You can see it in politics.

You can see it in a lot of companies. I've ultimately had to deal and experience poor leadership in certain

partnerships and relationships. And these are things that ultimately, when you say the success

hinges of a business of a government or a country on the leadership, it really is true. And one of the leaders and legends in this

particular space is none other than my man, John Maxwell. We're going to be breaking down

his five levels of leadership. If you haven't read this book before, I highly recommend

snagging a copy of it and cracking that baby open or maybe if you're

like me and you've read it before, you have a copy, but it might be collecting a little dust,

then this is an amazing book to consistently revisit as a roadmap on your leadership growth

journey. Before diving into those five levels, just remember that

the new levels of leadership take years and years of dedication and transformation and

evolution and commitment to unlock. So just be mindful in your assessment of where you're at or

maybe the people around you

or the people you're in partnership or business with. You know, use this as a marker to

stay aware, to continue to use this as a guide for the next steps of where you need to be in order

to move in the right direction to unlock your goals.
