Today's 10-minute walk is helping you keep the fitness promise you made yourself,

and we'll add another link to your growing fitness chain.

We're heading home this morning in Vegas again, downtown Vegas,

out for another brief morning walk before we get on the airplane

and head back to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with a layover in Nashville, Tennessee,

and you cross time zones, it's like you gain time.

We flew from South Carolina to California, we gained three hours.

And it was like, Wahoo.

And on the way back, feels like it's an all-day experience,

even though the flight times, the time in the air, is pretty much the same.

The time on the clock, not so much.

So we get on the plane here in Vegas, mid-morning, I actually have to leave for the airport

in just an hour or so.

And then navigate the Vegas airport, flight to Nashville, have to change planes, and then navigate the Vegas airport, flight to Nashville, have to change planes,

and then from Nashville back to Myrtle Beach, don't get home this evening until 9.

So this really is my opportunity to get out and take my fitness walk, my intentional walk.

Feels good.

The wedding of our friends yesterday was.

I was honored to be here for that.

I think they had about 30 people who mostly flew from Maryland.

That's where they're from.
