My name is Masha Kay, and I'm a nervous system and breathwork coach.

And that kind of doesn't mean a lot to people, so let me explain a little bit.

I typically work with high achievers, perfectionists, people struggling with anxiety, and I help

them learn to regulate their nervous system, optimize their health, reconnect with who they
