Today, I want to talk about five business lessons that changed everything for me.

And these are lessons that I was reflecting in the last week or so,

and I recognized as some of the most important lessons

that I could have learned throughout the decade I've been in business.

And so I want to go into what each lesson is, what it means for me,

share a few personal stories,

and hope that you do not have to take a decade

to learn these lessons like I did.

The first lesson that changed everything for me

was the lesson of speed.

And really that lesson is,

the speed at which you make decisions

sets the speed of the business.

The speed of the boss is the speed of the team.

This is something that, you know, from a get shit done micro action standpoint, I have always

been fast. I am, I work fast, I communicate fast, I get back to people fast, I respond to emails

fast, I do projects fast. Like On the micro day to day, I always
