And right off the bat today, I got to thank everybody for sending their questions in. I made this decision to start doing a Thursday mailbag show this year during the season, and I put that call out on Wednesday for questions. Boy, did you respond. We got like a bajillion questions. Way too many for me to answer them all on the show, but I'm going to try to get through as many as I can here in the time we have.

And I'll try to answer the rest on Twitter if I can carve out some time later today. Before we get to the mailbag, though, I just want to let everybody know we're rolling along with our weekly content. Trade value charts went up on Wednesday. My updated week one rankings went up this afternoon, which is Thursday. and I'll update those again before the Lions and Chiefs kick off tonight.

I haven't heard much discussion regarding Josh Jacobs restructured one-year deal,

and I'm wondering if that makes you more or less confident in his season-long projection

versus someone like Jonathan Taylor if he were to return and play for the Colts.

Well, a couple things here.

First off, it's great that Jacobs got a little more money and was happy enough with the offer to come back and play this year.

We love to see that.

I'm all four running backs getting paid, even though in the current landscape, if I was a GM, I probably wouldn't be given them a big contract either, but that's besides the

point. Jacob's being back. It's fantastic for fantasy. Just remember that he is still on that

one year deal. So he's going to be in the same situation again next off season. And if he gets

banged up during the year, I would venture to say that the odds of him sitting out and missing

time, they're higher than normal,

right, since he might not want to risk further injury without that long-term deal, which means

we're not out of the woods yet. And there's still some risk to his profile on top of the fact that
