There is some very interesting and expected benefits of using lemon peel in your diet.

Now, you can use lemons or limes.

You'll create the same effect.

But primarily, I'm going to be talking about the benefits of the lemon peel.

You have the inner white part around the pulp, which is called the pith.

And then you have the pulp.

And of course, you have the seeds in there as well.

And the peel in the pith, not including the pulp or the juice,

it has five times the nutrition than the juice itself.

And so when people are consuming the lemon juice without the whole lemon,

So I always recommend blending the whole thing and consuming that versus juicing it.
