It's no news flash that President Obama was not like Republicans.

It occurred to me that he might have been pandering to Mr. Colbert in his audience, all seven

of them.

President Obama has always been better at pandering than persuasion.

It's the top four floors of a fancy new building at Central Park South.

And, you know, so it's got a lot of money.

I went and I found another apartment in the building for sale last night on Al Gore's

amazing internet.

And it's for sale for $80 million.

$80 million.

Now, it's the entire floor, the apartment is the entire floor of the building, 6,000 square feet.
