fireworks commissioner and the keeper of common sense. Your mayor, Joe

suiks. We lost a firefighter over the weekend, a guy named Joseph Johns and apparently there was some sort of shooting incident in Minneapolis and he was he was caught up in that and we lost this firefighter.

But ever since I heard about it, I've been terribly confused and I can't find an answer.
