| 0:28.5 | kind of asked some of my kids, just like, what would you say about proclamation? Because, I mean, |

| 0:40.0 | I stayed on as adjunct faculty and was asked to teach the class on the family proclamation, |

| 0:52.6 | And Chris would always say that that was the perfect match for me. |

| 1:02.6 | And at the beginning, this was when the class was fairly new. |
| 1:06.3 | There were a few of us who were given that class to teach. |

| 1:14.1 | And they didn't really structure any particular curriculum. Just the document of the family proclamation was the content |
| 1:21.7 | of the class. So we got to create our own content, which meant that every class was significantly different. |
| 1:29.7 | I don't know exactly what the other teachers were teaching, but I taught a lot of my therapy models to these kids because I was already doing counseling. |
| 1:39.2 | And I thought, you know, the more they could know about how to address problems that come up or just how to avoid problems that can come up in family life, you know, the better as they went forward. |
| 1:51.1 | And it was just a wonderful class to teach. |
| 1:54.7 | And back then, the class got general education credits for the students. |
| 2:03.1 | So it was great that way too because kids with any kind of major could work that class in. |
| 2:10.3 | So, you know, some of the majors, like, let's say, engineering, are so tightly scheduled that, you know, it can be hard to graduate |
