that. Beef. It is. What's for dinner? If you're cooking out this weekend, nothing beats the sizzle of

beef on the grill. It's national grilling month, which is news to me because I grill every month. There would never be a calendar month where I go without grilling. It doesn't happen. It's never too hot. It's never too cold. That's a beauty of living here in the South, I guess. But if you're cooking out this weekend, make beef the star of the show. Nobody's mad when you have the cookout. And they're like, what's on the menu? Oh, we're having steak. No one, no one ever says, oh. Steak. You know, you go in there and you're like, what are we having? I got a grilled tofu dish. Oh. Nobody wants that. Nobody wants that. I'm grilling some octopus. Oh.

I'm surprised you don't like that. You guys eat everything down here. I do like grilled

octopus. That's not really a southern thing, though. That's more of like an Asian thing.

Okay. So I was just kind of going to the fact that I do like it though. There's no animal on the planet.

I told my wife the alligator story the other day. I'm still mad that I had alligator sausage and didn't get you to eat it in the lounge. I'm not mad about it. Well, you would have been.
