I am determined to make this a little bit shorter than normal

so that you can take it a little bit easy on Doug, who does the editing,

and I'm super grateful to Doug.

He's just starting PT and rehab for his shoulder surgery, and he's been, you know, just amazingly able to keep these coming.

So, anyway, I'm trying to be a little more concise today, which I probably should do every time. This is the week that we're studying doctrine and covenant section 84.

And of course, there's a lot we could say about section 84. It's the oath and covenant of the

priesthood. And this is a huge topic.

So, again, I'm just going to hit a few highlights, try to keep it contained. I do want to first

begin with my thanks to my friend, Bishop Doug Peterson, who told me about the effort being made to find names for

missionaries that I talked about last week. It's not gatherisrael.org. I was going to check on that,

and Doug got to me in a text to help me out, gatheringisrael.org, gatheringisrael.org that I talked about just last week, I believe,

where we can contribute a little or a lot to this effort, which is apparently being

incredibly successful in the third world to take out ads on social media.

Even in relatively remote locations, people have smartphones.

So they check social media. And from what they're reporting, new areas opened up, or at least

new areas where missionaries were not previously assigned, and now they're being assigned to

some additional areas in their missions because people are

being found with these ads. So they're getting baptisms. I mean, it's really a great return on the

investment. Just wanted to correct that. Gatheringisrael.org, not gather Israel, but gathering
