This week is the week that the curriculum covers, doctrine and covenant section 77 through 80.

We'll touch again lightly on those sections. These are brief sections. There are still some pretty fascinating things connected to them. And then I'll hit the Colonel Vanson in part two. I did find the Neil Maxwell quote exactly, but I'm saving that for the second part, if you'll bear with me.

Okay, let's give a little background on these sections.

I should have some fun things to share, but I'm going to build up to some of the punchlines.

Let's talk about these sections.

These are coming forth in March 1832. So the church is almost two years old, just about two years old since the formal organization of the kingdom of God on earth in these latter days.

And Joseph Smith, as instructed a couple of sections ago, is continuing with the help of

Sidney Rigdon on the translation, the inspired translation of the Bible.
