So Friday, Todd and I did something.

I want to bring up on a quickly on the radio here.

It's the worst kept secret in the world that about five years ago, me and Todd had a falling out with our buddy Dan, Larry, the cable guy. It was a COVID thing. No big deal. We're past it. So for a long time, we never talked to Larry, and I made some subtle jabs at Larry over the years on the on the radio. Settle. Some not so subtle. We'll call it that. And there was an

olive branch about three or four months ago from his camp. And our camp responded, life's too short.

You get over stupid stuff. You move on. You can only hold so many grudges. Yeah, and I got a few more than I had to replace them. You're right. Yeah. I got rid of one and replace them. It's one in, one out. Yeah, it's like the club. Once Yalla branch was set out from Larry's camp and our camp responded. And, of course, I was fine with that. So Friday, Larry was broadcasting his, he's got a show on satellite. He's serious. And he was live at the Funny Bone in Omaha Friday. Now, he thought we might be showing up. Wasn't for sure. We had a live show that night. It a quick thing so we get there we get to the

funny bone and uh and they said what are you doing here you're not an old farmer yeah yeah

it was an old it was a really old crowd but a good crowd so we're staying in the back and it's a

question to answer period at this point going on and we had a little bit of time we couldn't

stay there that long we did get to our show

so uh i'm talking to todd let's just ask a question like one of these people so we stole off

to the wings and he couldn't see us because of the camera i said hi it's mike i said larry how

would you like to hug it out with todd and tyler he got up, and this is going to make me emotional here.

We went on the stage and just all gave Larry a big old hug. Nice. I had some cool cologne on. He goes, man, you smell good. Some cool cologne. I did. I smelled really good, too. His nose was in my neck, and he goes, I smelled good. He did not comment on my scent. That's a good thing you only brought your cool cologne.

You're spraying on your crotch? Of course. For Larry, too, for that matter. Big hugging out on stage. The crowd was real nice, even though a lot of those people probably hated me, me and Todd, for sure. I got a couple of high five. So did I on the way up. I'm exiting. Well, I think people figured out, once again, it was the worst kept secret on our show that we had a falling out with Larry five years ago. But, you know, I'm going to guess if we'd gone through that whole crowd, we were gotten two high fives, the same as I was exiting. That wasn't our crowd. No, it wasn't. But our crowd, we went to our crowd that night, and they were awake. I'm joking. It was an old crowd. But, you know, it's Friday every day after one o'clock. Well, they're all bummed out that their beef isn't getting, yeah. Well, they're also mad. The Huskers still. The football team sucks. Larry was getting a lot of Husker questions and stuff like that. The beef prices are down. So hopefully between now and Christmas, everybody's busy or probably after Christmas, Dan, aka Larry, is going to come up in the studio and hang out with us.

And we'll have some fun.

Nice. Once again, with our old friend Larry the cable guy. Who, by the way, Nick used to write jokes for Larry. So, you know, he's used a lot of Nick's jokes over the years. So, yeah. So once again, with this season of giving, make amends with people. Life is short. It is short. and if you have a bunch of people in your I know Todd, shut up there.

I'm not going to make. No, no, no, you can't have still some grudges. And what you do is they, the grudges are, or your new list, and you get rid of the old grudges so you can have room for the new grudges.
