Well, this guy's record, he beat the old record of 11 hours and 51 minutes. Oh, God. Oh, I could do that. He went to 12 hours. Now, here's why I want to know about this. We've discussed his kind of record before. Is this one of those records for every hour he stops for five minutes? Oh, that could be. They drive me crazy, and they show the end of this guy, and he's not even shaking. Like, he's not shaken.

Do a wall sit. And it's funny, I just tried a wall sit at the gym the other day just to stretch my back little bit against the wall. And I didn't want to do it for any period of time, but I was there maybe 30, 40 seconds. I'm thinking, this hurts. This guy did it for 12 hours. was it 12 hours straight or did you get to stretch up every hour

for five minutes? Because I hate that rule with these endurance things. Just make them do it nonstop, and then that's the record. Yeah. But you all see you can drink water and everything. You're just sitting there, you know. I saw something where he said he obliterated the record.
