I just, you know, irrationally angry this morning. I have anger management issues. You may not have noticed that over the years we've worked together. And sometimes I can just get angry for no reason. And then they build upon each other. I start thinking about things that made me angry. Well, that seems somewhat normal. People get angry sometimes. There, but there's no real reason for it, you know? And then I'll start thinking about stuff that happened a couple of days ago. And I'll be like, well, goddamn that too. What's why are you today? Is there something that was on your mind this morning? Well, no, I mean, when I got here, I was running a couple of minutes late, and then, you know, I parked in the one spot. I'm like, oh, the goddamn elevator doesn't work again. It's still broken? So then I had to drive around the other side, which isn't a big deal, but then I got on my car, I got to walk through the goddamn wet grass, and then I got my coffee cup, and the lid isn't kind of on, so I just spill coffee on my sleeve a little bit.

Oh, yeah. You know, it starts to spiral a little bit, and I get to the door, and I'm like, I got my phone and a key, and there's two doors on this one, and, you know, just a pain in the ass, and all of a sudden I go, and what about that goddamn meeting they made me go to the other day? I don't know why.

And all of a sudden I'm going up the stairs.

I'm ir up the stairs.

I'm irrationally angry at a meeting that happened 48 hours ago.

And then my brain told me you forgot to be pissed off about that.

You forgot to be so angry that you just went on with your life.

I was shocked.
