Good morning, everybody. Welcome to another episode of Hockblogger Mornings. I am Brian

Emhouser and excited to be back with you. Hopefully you had a great Father's Day if you were a dad

or you were celebrating a dad. Hopefully you enjoyed that yesterday. I certainly did.

Took a day off of HB. Mornings, which is a rarity, but might happen.

I got as a programming note over the next few weeks as we have the kind of quiet period for the NFL,

I may take some time for myself as well.

So I will do my best to give you as much coverage as possible because I know that the less

news there is to talk about the NFL, the more you kind of want someone to be talking about

the Seahawks and the NFL.

So I will do my best to fill that void.

But just know that it probably will not be every single day as it is most of the year.

Today's episode is going to be the first of a series I'm going to do. And I'll do this every year around this time, where we go through the NFC West and we look at a position group and kind of explore which

of the teams have strengths, weaknesses, where there's maybe some myths or secrets out there

that should be, you know, exposed, I guess. And some of those secrets will be, you know, positive.

Like maybe there's a group that is better than people realize.

Sometimes it'll be negative where people maybe don't realize just how bad a position group is on a team in the NFC West.
