Here's what's happening with your San Francisco 49ers.

The Niners got the win over the Raiders on Saturday, but it was not without a cost.

Starting guard Dominic Poonie was rolled up on during a field goal attempt and injured the PCL in his knee.

Kyle Shanahan said the injury should keep him out for, quote, a few weeks.

He also said there's a chance Poonie could play in the season

opener. Connor Colby and Drew Moss would be the fill-in options while he is out. The Niners also

lost two running backs during the game. Corey Kiner was carted off with a high ankle sprain and Patrick

Taylor Jr. dislocated his shoulder. He's going to miss a few weeks as well.

So far this season, the 49ers have lost five running backs behind Christian McCaffrey.

Corey Kiner, Patrick Taylor, Isaac Arendo, Jordan James, and Amir Abdullah.

At the podium after the game, Kyle Shinahan handled a situation as calmly as possible.

We lost our two and three a couple weeks ago, and then the next guy's up. We've lost them today.

But all those guys will be back. So we've been through that before. And you can never have too many

backs. We've got a number of them. And we haven't lost any one for the year yet, so hopefully those guys will rebound fast. That is a very chill reaction to a pretty serious

situation in the running back room. As for the game itself, it was an improvement over last week.
