I'm doing fantastic today, Tim. Good to be here with you. I hope everybody out there who's listening

are they're doing just as fantastic. The guests that we have on today continues the conversation

that we've been having in regards to toxic narcissism, relationships, how to identify

these situations that people get into, family members, yourselves. So a really important

conversation that we are embarking upon today. But Tim, fill us in on how you're doing. How are you,

sir? I'm doing great. Thanks a lot for asking. Yeah, very excited to introduce our conversation

today with Taise Gibson. And Taise Gibson runs the Personal Development School.

And she's a really interesting person and an author.

And today she brings us the topic of the dark tetrad,

which is a set of four personality traits that are often linked to maladaptive behavior. And the traits are

Machiavellianism, narcissism, psychopathy, and sadism. And this is familiar to the dark triad.

We have spoken about the dark triad in the past. The addition here is sadism to the dark triad, and you get the dark tetrad.

So it's slightly different, and it was coined by Aaron Buckles, Daniel Jones, and Delroy Paul Hoose.

And we really hope to have Dr. Gibson back on the show because there really are very

few people who are qualified to speak on this topic as she's qualified to speak on it. She has a PhD.

She's certified in over 13 modalities on her website. You can read all about her, including

cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma work, somatic processing,

and she's done a bunch of scientific research. She has personal experience. But she also

approaches this conversation and this topic with such passion and such empathy that she

brings it all full circle. It's such a well-rounded conversation. And again, we always
