What was a movie that spoiled something in its trailer you think they shouldn't have?

I'm Katie Rich, and I struggle to remember trailers at all, much less what is revealed in them.

But I really was just thinking about the social network trailer and using a song to reveal that Mark Zuckerberg is a creep.

Like, come on. We should have been able to figure that up by ourselves.

Made Dave laugh. Great. Yeah, Matt Patches is not here. You got a heavy sigh out of me.

I know. So that means I'm next. Mine is also heavy sigh worthy. Batman v. Superman's trailer

showed as much Doomsday and Wonder Woman

as I ever needed to see in hindsight.

I could have skipped the entire movie.

Which one is Doomsday is my question.

The big gray, lumpy monster,

they all fight that kills Superman.

Couldn't have told you that happened in that movie.

It's ironic that the one week you two both, you know, play it up like a big old joke.

I have actually got a real answer ready to go in the chamber.

And the king of trailer reveals trailers, rather, that reveal too much, of course, Robert Zemeckis, who has been very on the record about how people want to know everything about the movie they're about to see before they see it.

And there was the year when, I believe, in the same calendar year, he had a trailer for Castaway that revealed that Tom Hanks gets off the island, followed by or

proceeded by a trailer for what lies beneath, that showed that Harrison Ford was actually

the bad guy, both of which I think any reasonable movie cover would say are things that they

would rather have discovered over the course of the movie.
