Welcome back to the morning mindset. It is time for us to get our minds aligned with

the truth of God. I'm so thankful that you as a brother and sister of mine, a brother and sister in Christ are taking the time to get

your mind aligned.

You know, so many people, so many of us at one point in our lives have not taken the time to reset our thinking every morning.

And it's so vital to living life the way that we should.

We've got to keep our eyes on the prize. We've got to keep our lives on track because we

derail so easily. We leak vision. We leak understanding of what it is we should be doing and we have to refill ourselves every single day

so I'm so thankful that you're doing that. You know it's interesting as we go

through our devotional time as believers in Christ we read various things and it may stir something in us at the moment.

But then the reality of how that affects us is seen in the way that we live that day, isn't it? I mean I can

give you a great example. A few months ago I was reading this book that we've been studying, humility, and it got to this statement

in the end of chapter number six, where Andrew Murray writes,

let us look upon every brother who tries or vexes us. Let us

as God's instrument for our purrifixes us as God's means of grace,

God's instrument for our purification,

for our exercise of the humility, Jesus, our life

life breathes within us and let us have such faith in the all that God is and the

nothing of self that is nothing in our own eyes we may in God's power only seek to serve one another in love.

And it was that first section where he says,

let us look upon everyone who tries or vexes us as God's means of grace.

That kind of stuck out to me and it resonated and it made me realize, oh wow, there's a perspective that I very seldom have.

I mean, when someone vexes me, when someone irritates me or bothers me, what do I do?
