Are you ready? It is time for the morning mindset for us to get our minds aligned with the

truth of God and we are doing so by concentrating these last couple of weeks on the subject of humility.

Because humility is really our one need.

We need to remain in a humble state before God,

because God works in everything on behalf of those who

humble themselves before him. That is what the scripture teaches. And we need to come to understand that it is only by the

indwelling of Christ and his divine humility that we become truly humble.

Now let's stop and listen to that phrase again as the music fades out here because I want to make sure you get it and you understand what those words mean because they're not just religious phrases, phrases, they are truths that

we need to understand and incorporate into our lives.

So listen again, it is only by the indwelling of Christ

in his divine humility that we become truly humble.

Now let's unpack that for a moment, the indwelling of Christ.

You know the word dwell.

To dwell somewhere is to live there, it's to come and reside if you have a

dwelling it's the place where you live Jesus in dwells us believers in Jesus Christ through his Holy Spirit. He comes in and forms his

character within us. He resides in us. We are his dwelling.

Let that sink in for a moment.

This is not some fairy tale or fantasy.

This is fact taught to us from the word of God by the Holy Spirit of God. Let's stop for a moment and realize

that. We've got to admit to ourselves there is something supernatural going on here that God

has done and he's done it for our benefit and for his glory.

And that something is that he, Jesus Christ, wants to live powerfully within us.
