thanks a lot to Tom yeah so I'm I'm a doctor, I work at medi checks. I'm currently working in general practice, but just a brief background. I spent a number of years in intensive care and anesthesia and emergency medicine as well.

So a bit of a bit of a straight, not a sort of straightforward route that most people who work in GP would take.

I, as you may already know, I follow a plant-based diet

and I am an advocate of that, but I'm sure that will come into that at some point as well.

I used to compete, I did a few competitions in powerlifting, you know, the, you know, a few sort of friendly

cross-fit competitions and things like that and yeah my next venture is cycling so we'll see how that goes.
