brands that's all coming up on sound opinions. This is sound opinions and you

know Greg when we do interviews here a lot of musicians were talking to talk about how their mom played them something at a young age and it really sparked something in them.

My mom was never very musically savvy. What about yours?

She always had the top 40 radio on, so I think a lot of that seeped into my consciousness

for better or worse. Later on in the show, Jim, we're going to talk about songs

about mom, but first we've got some music news. Yes indeed it is summer touring season it is is about to begin. It has begun for a lot of these big bands including The Who who were just played there.

The Who? Or isn't really the Who, Jim? That is the question, right right Pete Townsend and Roger

Dahltree are still very much alive still very much in that band they are

celebrating the band's 50th anniversary but Keith Moon the original drummer in

the band died in the band, died in 1978.

John Antistle, the original bassist in the band, died in 2002.

Most people don't seem to care that half the band is not there anymore when they go buy these
