And I'm joined with Josh Morgan today. And Josh is someone that had real traction on his channel,

had built a successful channel, but it hit that frustrating wall where growth stalled out.

And so in this conversation, I wanted to bring him on and just start to break down exactly

what he did, the pivots he made

that helped him get momentum going back on his channel in a pretty short period of time

and not just get more views and more exposure, but actually have income as well. Josh, how's it going

doctorate in Christian formation and I had all this stuff all this content all this great

stuff I learned and I'd been uh you know applying it hands on in ministry but started thinking

about other channels maybe I could share this stuff with.

So do I want to write a book?

Do I want to like what I want to do?

And it just was clearly even communicated to me like, hey, you need to start by sharing

this stuff online.

My start really was Instagram.

So I spent a lot of time short form Instagram.
