Having taken a circuitous route, shall we say?

There you go, Alice, and as you guys know, nothing Alice does is an accident.

In the case we're going to talk about today is exactly that, where someone had the, I don't know how you describe it, good fortune, misfortune, to be released from prison.

And then on appeal, their conviction was reinstated and they had to go back to prison.

So I'm talking about the Krosley Green case today.

It's a case a lot of you know about, a case out of Florida.

And it's a pretty interesting one and it raises a lot of sort of legal questions in one way but in another is

is such a straightforward case that it is very much there is sort of the legal

side of this case and there's the more emotional side of this case and the emotional side of the case gets most of the press obviously but we wanted to walk you guys through the legal side so you understand as we try and do why things happen whether you agree with them or not whether you think they're good or bad
