So something that I would love to start incorporating more of into these weekly episodes

are a bit about my personal favorites. So on Instagram if you're not following me on

Instagram at Balance Less I do get quite a few messages about recommendations of

things that I love products that I like to use, black women-owned businesses to support.

Of course a lot of guests on the show are entrepreneurs who have black women-owned businesses and in their interviews you can

hear all about that and sometimes I just find things that I really love and want to

share about and haven't yet had a chance to interview the person behind it and just want to share. So before we dive into today's
