These mistakes aren't just like a whoopsy daisy. They rob you of your full potential.

I'm going to talk about the performance pressure hoax. This hoax that we buy into that, we have to take it very, very seriously to be very, very elite.

And the dangers of caring too much. I think you've heard me say this before, but at one point in my athletic career, I had a coach who said, all right, Trish, you have this crazy amount of talent.

It's crazy potential, but here's the problem. You try too hard. So here's what I need to do. I need you to try to stop trying and I was like, well, what?

How do I do that? How would I try to stop trying to hard? Why? And it's because I had a wrong strategy. I'm going to, if you have ever struggled with trying too hard and caring too much and that that creates doesn't help you get the result you want.

We're going to talk a little bit about that and how to incorporate that and create change. We're also going to talk about self trust in the athlete and mistrust of self in the athlete and how to nurture self trust or better performance.
