Carnegie in 1936. It's one of the all-time business classics and bestsellers.

You'll find very few world leaders and influencers who don't cite it as a primary

message that helped enable their success, just like with Zigzigler's see you at the top is another.

Well, Jordan's primary focus at the Art of Charm

is social skills, those personal relationship skills

that Carnegie taught so long ago, have become very much a lost art.

There's arguably nothing that impacts our lives for better or worse than our social skills, nothing more.

Yet when and where are they taught?

Really, nowhere, unless you were fortunate enough to have parents like mine,

God bless them, who had me read the book at an early age and took me to Carnegie classes.

I now as a father of a bunch of kids have them read that book and write on that book.

It's that powerful.
