Yeah. Like vacation. Body surfing. For three weeks three weeks well we started covering some quotes

from the hun beating proverb book which was published in 1918 and it was aimed at

for the most part it was aimed at Canadian soldiers who were fighting the Germans in World War I.

And I talked a little bit about why the Germans were called Huns.

It was a derogatory name,

which was based on a speech.

It was given by Wilhelm I.

Has the German soldiers left for China years before

to stamp out the boxer rebellion.

Wilhelm II said that the Germans would take no prisoners, offer no mercy,

and that they would be feared, just like people feared, Attila the Hun and his army.

And so the Brits and the Canadians and the Americans eventually started calling

the Germans, the Huns. And so that was, that was, that's what this book is about. So the

subtitle of the book is containing many proverbs that point to the destruction of arrogance,

tyranny, villainy, vice vice and the monstrous militarism

of which germany has been guilty and we made it through about half the proverbs last time

so we're going to get the second half done many lessons got a lot of good feedback about that last

one this is ancient wisdom.
