Hey, Doug. Busy Cruise News Week. Royal Caribbean has detailed the prices on their multi-million dollar makeover at Cocoa Key. So let's talk about that and the makeover they're actually doing. Well, I'll start with what they're doing, and it's like, you know, it's like one big sandbox that they're going to start. It seems like they're building everything brand new. There's going to be a new pier that opens this November. You guess

will be able to access the island directly from the ship. You won't take a tender boat,
