One of those two bad hurricanes came through the Caribbean, but they didn't wind up making the most of this charter.

Well, following Hurricane Maria, FEMA had contracted with Carnival Cruise Line. It chartered the fascination for four

months. And this was all done. You know, paperwork legally and everything else. The ship would then

house federal aid workers. And the first responders, Carnival would be responsible for three meals a day.

And then unlimited coffee tea and water, you know, sort of like a floating hotel.

And, of course, they could always pay, you know, if they wanted alcohol, I guess.
