0:50.1	FEMA chartered a cruise ship for the hurricane relief last year.
0:54.5	One of those two bad hurricanes came through the Caribbean, but they didn't wind up making the most of this charter.

1:03.5	Yes, getting some press finally.
1:05.4	Well, following Hurricane Maria, FEMA had contracted with Carnival Cruise Line. It chartered the fascination for four
1:12.3	months. And this was all done. You know, paperwork legally and everything else. The ship would then
1:16.8	house federal aid workers. And the first responders, Carnival would be responsible for three meals a day.
1:24.4	And then unlimited coffee tea and water, you know, sort of like a floating hotel.
1:28.3	And, of course, they could always pay, you know, if they wanted alcohol, I guess.
