We were having a conversation and she kind of expressed this like, oh, I don't know, I wouldn't want to be diagnosed with depression.

If it could be helped, why would you not? not and she's like I don't know I guess I just really have some kind of something I'm hanging on to that makes me feel like oh if someone said I had it that it would like I don't know, if someone said I had it that it would like, I don't know,

unlock it could get worse, it would make it real, it would make me have to deal with it.

And so I was kind of expressing to her how, for me it's kind of of been the opposite it's like I finally feel more

in control rather than being something that gets like unlocked by diagnosis and now

is this problem and so I do think there can be that sort of fear or stigma about it depending on how you were raised

and what kind of culture you are brought up in and what your peers think about it and how they
