| 1:09.0 | So often we interact and have a relationship with happiness that isn't an if-then statement, or if only I was skinnier than I'd be happier, or if only I liked my job, then I could be happy. |
| 1:22.0 | I've got good news for you today. Your circumstances have nothing to do with your happiness. Happiness is a decision, and everyone wants to be happy, but most people aren't. |
