all right welcome to episode 485 hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode of new

mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today I have something that I think will give you clarity in

your life when you make this your goal when this is your focus I don't think

you can help but see things for how they really are which is so powerful seeing

things for how they really are not how you've been programmed to see them or hurt

to see them not what is expected of you but with clarity on how things really

are and so when this is your goal I think then you're less likely to compare

yourself to feel pressured to do certain things to go back to your ex to feel

like you're falling behind to make decisions from a place of desperation our

loneliness you know the things that detract so much from your life's happiness

and fulfillment it's one thing one goal that for me has really delivered a

peaceful sense of direction that no one and nothing can take for me unless I let

them right and so this goal is keeping promises specifically keeping the

promises you make yourself that is it that is your guiding light your north

star the question that you should consider amidst confusion or vagueness or

left or right or which way to go it's the lens through which you should

consider if you should stay or you should go if you should keep going or you
