Tank Sinatra was an alcoholic. He knew it early on. And quit drinking when he was 22 years old. "You know how people say they're going to go have 'A drink?'" he said, "I've never done that." He calls it an allergy. Because his reaction to alcohol is so abnormal. He told me how he quit. And how he turned his attention to the internet. He started making memes. Which got a lot of attention. Now he runs several meme accounts on Instagram. Including @tank.sinatra (1.8 million followers). 0:19.7	I'm able to look at it and say, okay, this is something that is not benefiting me.
0:23.7	Not that it's not benefiting me, but it's never ever going to benefit me.

0:27.8	Like when I looked at my drinking and my drug use, it was like, this is never going to get better.

0:43.0	So one of AA's traditions is that you're not supposed to represent AA at a public level.

0:51.8	I'm not liberating.

0:54.7	But, you know, and the reason is because I'm an individual.
0:58.2	I don't represent AA at all.
1:00.2	I'm an individual that benefited from the 12 steps.
1:03.9	So I don't claim to report that this is the way, this is the only way, this way worked
1:07.9	for me and I've seen it work for many others.
1:10.3	But I'm sure there's other ways to stop and stay stopped, which is the hard part.
