| 0:13.0 | So our throat chakra, if you look at the chakra system, our throat is our ability to express our inner world to the outer world. |
| 0:23.0 | So you have your own inner reality. Your inner reality is your emotions, it's your intuition, it's your perception, it's what you see the world as, |
| 0:33.0 | and our life, our quality of life becomes greater when we're able to match our inner world with our outer world. |
| 0:41.0 | However, most people have a hard time communicating what that inner world is. |
| 0:47.0 | They have a hard time speaking their truth. |
| 0:49.0 | They have a hard time expressing their emotions. They have a hard time putting their thoughts into words that could be understood by another person. |
| 0:57.0 | So they have this inner reality that no one around them is aware of. |
| 1:01.0 | And what happens is then you start to feel a separation that I'm not being authentic to me. |
| 1:08.0 | I don't have the relationships that I want, I don't have the career that I want, I don't have the friends that I want, I'm not being met. |
| 1:14.0 | And you become resentful, maybe you even gain shame around not feeling authentic in your life. |
| 1:21.0 | And then that begins to putrify, it adds and adds and you get more and more in that shame and that guilt and that sadness and that feeling unmet bucket. |
| 1:29.0 | And then it becomes your life and then you become more distant and more avoided and more unable to express your truth. |
| 1:35.0 | When really what you needed was to share it. That's why they say the truth will set you free. |
