Hey guys, welcome to episode number 482 of the Industrial Strength Show.

As you probably already saw in the title,

my man and yours, Ben Bruno is back for appearance number four on the Industrial Strength Show.

That alone speaks volumes, right?

There are not many guests that have been on this show

two times let alone three let alone four, but it is for good reason. Ben is just first of all as real and as honest as they come

but also has a boatload of experience in the real world actually training real people in person on a daily basis for well over a decade,

actually closer to two at this point, I think,

but he's been in California.

You know, I know he hates the term Celebrity trainer but for the last 10 11 years now he has been working with celebrities and some of the most famous people in the world some of the most famous athletes in the world and

Getting results kicking ass which is why I love speaking with him. He's on the gym floor doing the damn thing which is one of the reasons why Ben is one of the very very few guests that I do zero prep for like even even coming on this

show it wasn't really planned we were texting and talking about something else and Ben just

happened to mention, hey man whenever if you if you ever want to have me back on the

podcast I'd love to come back on and catch up talk some training with you and I was like hey want to do this

week he said yeah two days later we hop on a call with zero prep we just start

talking and we could talk forever because we, you know, I humbly say we both have a lot of experience.

And so when I say I don't prep for Ben to come on the show it's like the ultimate compliment because I I trust in that he's going to share great information, great stories, all based on real world experience and things

that he's doing and getting results with real clients.

So this appearance, you know, just like the rest, I think is

awesome. I will say, I think this is going to be the first show that I don't do time stamps for? I'm sure I'll have a

summary, some of the highlights, key topics that we discussed, but as I was listening back to the show I was just kind of laughing because

Ben and I are similar and that we have so much experience and so much to share
