on, maybe has something to do with it being vastly unexplored.

little Alaska.

My name is James, it was born and raised in a small town in Alaska, and I spent most of

my childhood care free, roaming and exploring the forest.

My dad would take me hunting or my friends, and I would go hiking in the mountains.

When I was 18, I joined the Marine Corps.

I was in the infantry and spent four years in California or deployed.

After my four years, I returned home to Alaska, excited to go back to my forest and mountains,

but I didn't realize how much I had changed.

I still loved being out in the middle of nowhere, but after the experiences I had in the

military, I had become far more in tune with the feeling that lingers in the air when something
