But Jesus responded directly to Simon Peter. He said from now on, you will catch men.

If you'll allow me, I would submit to you that many people witness God's activity. We gather for worship or even included in God's activity.

But it's a much smaller group

that are willing to step away from the crowd

and to personally be identified

and to engage in seeking the Lord.

Begin to talk to the Lord about that.

I want to begin a new study with you under the title of step out of the crowd. I have crisscrossed the country for the last 18

months or so. From coast to coast and in between it seems like encouraging the people of

God to lead with their faith to not simply be passive, but to open their Bibles and open their hearts and to lead with their faith.

And I began to hear coming out of me this invitation to step out of the crowd.

And so I began to study it.

Sometimes I just kind of chased what I hear the Lord saying.

And I've had a really good time with this,

and so I want to share it with you for a bit the question
