So 2020 is nearly upon us. It is the start of a brand new decade. I don't know about you,

but I am really excited to begin planning so that I

can make it the most successful decade and year for next year ever. Now is the perfect time

to begin thinking about 2020 and what you want to make happen and how you want it to feel

so that you can create success with so much intention. So in this video, I have got some

fun things for

you to start thinking about and start doing right now that are going to help you to make

sure that you set yourself up for so much success for next year. Okay, so the first fun thing

that I have for you to do to help you to make 2020 really successful is this. Pick your word

for the year. So if you could pick one word that you

want to live by in 2020 what would it be I find doing this so helpful because there's

something about picking a word that can help you to redefine that year like

psychologically and from like a real mindset perspective

it can just help make such a difference so for example in the past my words have been things

like bold or courageous so let's say for example in 2020 your word for the year is courage like

how will that feel if you get so attached to that word that every time you do something

you think, no, courage, courage, have courage, I'm going to be courageous.
