through some problems and she wants him to be strong and a confident man,

I've got a judge-your neighbor worksheet filled out this morning on my dad. So, okay, sweetie. So, read number one, those of you new to the work,

Okay, and what is the situation when you're experiencing that?

So, I'm sitting at the dinner table across from him and he's in a real crisis in his life and I'm watching him kind of eat his food he's not crying he's not doing

anything but I just feel this immense sort of pity for him that has occurred in my life before and so this felt like a really deep one for me.

So look at your dad in your mind's eye. This is a meditative process. It is an experience
