0:21.0	I'll tell you, things are changing so rapidly and the things that we used to just take for granted or suddenly gone it's been
0:29.3	Such a week of highs and lows for me. I'll tell you I am pretty much always the most
0:34.4	positive person that I know and I really truly am it annoy some people I
0:39.6	think but I always do believe that there's some action step we can take, something we can do to change our circumstances,
0:45.5	and I always just feel pretty positive that things are going to work out.
0:49.5	That is, until one day this week, I forgot what day it was, but it was, this week I just had a nervous breakdown.
0:57.6	I was crying watching a show with my son, I was crying, riding my pelleton, I was crying, crying, crying, and I'm not a crier.
1:05.0	It was so weird.
1:06.7	And I think it just really hit me the magnitude of everything that's happening,
1:10.7	how many people are sick, this uncertainty with the economy, with
1:14.4	everything and it just really overwhelmed me. Now what I will say is I posted about
1:19.6	it and so many of you reached out to me and sent me the most beautiful messages gave me so much
1:24.8	encouragement and that felt really amazing but I'll tell you what it reminded me and that's
1:30.5	that we need to every single day,
1:33.0	we need to reach out to someone and just check in on them.
