And that's what we're really teaching people is how do you get your clients and employees to go sell and be inspired to not because they're being rewarded or commissioned but because they want to.

You can ship that and inspire somebody's heart versus trying to like make it a transactional relationship game over.

Hey everybody welcome back to the Chris Harder show. I'm sitting down and have a great conversation about generosity and gifting in particular by the author of giftology John Rulan.

Now, John is literally known in the highest of circles as the greatest gift giver in the world and it's not because of what he gives but it's because of the meaning and the timing and the thought that he wraps into it.

I think this episode is going to help make every single one of us a better gift giver so whether you're trying to give out gifts to clients or whether you're trying to give out gifts to your loved ones, your friends.

I know I personally always want to be a better gift giver and that's exactly what this episode has helped me do in getting to know John a little bit.
