new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today I want to talk about a quick mindset that is really

helped me stay in my lane to it's helped me stop comparing myself and

it was importantly it's helped me to stop talking myself out of things and I

don't know about you but in my life self-doubt kind of manifests itself most

acutely in the form of imposter syndrome in in many areas right you know why

would anyone bother buying my books or listening to my podcast who am I to have

something worthy of reading or hearing or sharing or in relationships who am I

to think I deserve this in a partner who am I to deserve this type of partner or

any area of my life right who am I to lift this amount of weight or hit this

PR or earn this salary or have this rewarding experience or be surrounded by

these amazing people right and so on and so on life has a way of leading us to

doubt ourselves in many ways in the ways that I just described and perhaps you

can relate to those but this self-doubt that we all universally experience it

leads us to talk ourselves out of the things that we once were so convinced we

deserved completely without any doubt and the result is self-doubt leads us to

talk ourselves out of those things standards and dating career aspirations goals
